 A Hawaiian massage is to knead, to rub and sooth with long connective strokes.  It's about the intention behind the massage.   Lomi Lomi massage  is started with a prayer from the therapist to the client.  It's a dance with fast movements and continuous medium pressure.  It is best to  schedule 2 hours for a Lomi Lomi massage.
